PA WAVERLY — Waverly Board approves Gress subdivision with waived environmental review. The supervisors granted conditional preliminary plan approval to the Gress Minor Subdivision and waived the township ordinance requirement for wetland delineation, citing the township engineer and developer surveyor statement of no wetlands on the parcel. Chairman Cheryl Lynn Murnin and supervisors Drew Christian and Eric Parry also approved salary increases for Public Works Director Steve Bray and employee Jeff Kester, accepted the May 1 retirement of employee Tom James with payment of unused leave, and appointed Matt Mackie to the Planning Commission.
