PA WAVERLY — Waverly Supervisors address zoning concerns at Mansion on Waverly Hill. Vice Chairman Drew Christian told residents Don Farley and Maggie Farley that the property currently violates no zoning ordinances, though supervisors would enforce should violations occur. The board unanimously approved assignment of 6.5 EDUs to the property for sewer connection, with a formal agreement to follow from Township Manager Christine Capozzi and Solicitor Malcolm MacGregor.
Supervisors also unanimously approved a $7,125 flow meter purchase for the wastewater treatment plant and extended the Karam Subdivision Land Development plan approval to July 1, 2026.
