PA WAVERLY — Township Supervisors reject Aubrey home addition design, require revision. The board voted to decline the Certificate of Appropriateness for a proposed flat-roof addition at 1116 North Abington Road, submitted on behalf of homeowners Bill and Kathy Aubrey, recommending instead a gable roof to comply with Historic Architectural Review Board standards. In other business, supervisors unanimously extended the Karam Subdivision Land Development plan review period to April 30, 2026, and approved sewage planning modules for both NLMS Inc. and the Karam development.
Representatives from Penn Ambulance and Clarks Summit Fire Company discussed operational challenges affecting emergency services.
