Waverly Supervisors approve three subdivision development agreements

PA WAVERLY — Waverly Supervisors unanimously approve three development agreements. Supervisors Cheryl Lynn Murnin, Chair, Drew Christian, Vice Chairman, and Eric Parry voted to clear the NLMS The Orchards Highway Occupancy Permit for Sanitary Sewer Facilities Planning Module, the Natalie Gress Minor Subdivision, and extended the Karam Major Subdivision timeline to October 1, 2026. The NLMS project faces Commonwealth Court land use appeal litigation scheduled for September 14.
All three approvals passed unanimously.
